Eco Valley is located in the heart of a budding cluster for green technology. Several large companies in the municipality are working on establishing industrial symbioses in which by-products from one company are reused in another company’s production process.

Eco Valley is situated in Central Zealand off exit 37 on the E47 motorway.

Eco Valley currently comprises 16 hectares.

The smallest plot is 5,150 m2, the largest is 13,850 m2 – and it is possible to purchase more than one plot at the same time if you need even more space. The plots are priced according to how they are situated in relation to the motorway. The closer the plot is to the motorway, the more expensive it is.

Prices start at 301 DKK/sqm.

Up to 50% of a commercial building plot may be developed.

There are plans at some point to establish various communal facilities in Eco Valley, such as a daycare institution, conference centre or a storage hotel.
