Stationsstaden in Kävlinge 

Midroc will develop an entirely new community in Kävlinge. The development will change the urban area, in a comprehensive manner, and leave a new mark on the city. Kävlinge will welcome new inhabitants and new places to visit while simultaneously increasing its power of attractiveness and brand name. The master plan includes, among other things, 1,300 new residences, shops, offices and other business premises.

The area will consist of several large neighbourhoods with, in principle, apartment blocks facing the streets and will create urban character. The environment in the neighbourhoods is a little more intimate with smaller scale buildings and the public areas. Parking will take place preferably in a common parking garage. 


The area will contain municipal services and a new municipal building and a day care with eight sections. The services offered will, among others, consist of a grocery store and additional commerce, but offices and smaller businesses will also be included in the new development.
