In Copenhagen’s southern port areas, CPH City & Port Development has already developed Sluseholmen and is currently developing Teglholmen and Enghave Brygge.

The residents and businesses in Sydhavnen are surrounded by plenty of water, light and air. The population is already approximately 3,500 residents on Sluseholmen and Teglholmen, and Sydhavn will eventually accommodate a total of 9,000 homes and 22,500 workplaces.

Sydhavn


In Copenhagen’s southern port areas, CPH City & Port Development has already developed Sluseholmen and is currently developing Teglholmen and Enghave Brygge. The residents and businesses in Sydhavn are surrounded by plenty of water, light and air and in a few years the driverless metro will bring residents and visitors to and from the area.



The population is already approximately 3,500 residents on Sluseholmen and Teglholmen, and Sydhavn will eventually accommodate a total of 9,000 homes and 22,500 workplaces.

Besides Sluseholmen and Teglholmen, the Sydhavn district also includes the Enghave Brygge area, which is located east of the H.C. Ørsted power plant.

CPH City & Port Development owns the southern part of Enghave Brygge. Roughly 100,000 m² residential building rights and 12,000 m² commercial building rights are available here. Part of the area consists of four residential islands with open blocks surrounded by canals. The quay has varying widths, which forms a public urban space.

A few vacant plots for dwellings remain at Enghave Brygge.
